shopping at luxe paperie

can i order bulk quantities?
yes, absolutely! luxe paperie is constantly replenishing inventory...please contact us at 1.800.980.luxe or contactus@luxepaperie.com to place your bulk order.

there is a designer or product i would love to see at your boutique, how can i provide a suggestion?
luxe paperie is always on the look out for fabulous new designers and we love to hear suggestions from our customers! just send us an email to contactus@luxepaperie.com!

what credit cards do you accept?
luxe paperie accepts visa, mastercard, american express, discover, and paypal. we currently do not accept checks, cash, or money orders.

do you charge sales tax?
luxe paperie is required to collect sales tax from california state residents, as it is the state in which there is a physical presence.  residents of all other states will not be charged sales tax at this time; for shipping outside the us, please note that duty and taxes are not included in the total and are payable upon receipt.

can i change my order?
please be advised that once an order has been shipped we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations. also, once we have processed a bulk order, we are unable to cancel it.

design + print service and custom orders

how do i enter my personalized wording and select a font?
at check-out, simply enter your message in the comments section or email it to contactus@luxepaperie.com.   our designers work with hundreds of fonts + colors to create the ultimate typography for your event and card design ... so you don't have to! at luxe paperie, each piece is considered couture ... designed just for you!  in addition, when we email you the art, we work with you so that it's exactly what you want!

do you charge a design fee?
digital design + print orders for less than 6 cards will incur a a nominal $10 under-minimum design fee. custom orders, including letterpress personalization, have minimum quantities stated in the product description. please inquire if you need less then the minimum. also please know that all design + print service, personalized and custom orders are non-refundable.

will the color i see on my computer monitor screen be the exact color as on the printed card?
since monitors vary in how they display color, the colors may not be identical; however, at luxe paperie our design + print team performs multiple reviews of each printed card to ensure the color and layout is true to what was designed!

can you ship to PO boxes and APOs?
yes, we definitely can!

can you ship internationally?
yes, luxe paperie is able to ship to many international destinations! for shipping outside the us, please note that duty and taxes are not included in the total and are payable upon receipt. please contactus@luxepaperie.com if you have any questions about shipping to your location!

how can i track my order?
you will receive an order confirmation e-mail once your order has been received.  in addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped and will include the tracking number for  your package. please note that if you provide us with an incorrect mailing address and the package is returned to us, we will need to charge you for shipping twice to cover our costs. also, luxe paperie cannot be responsible for packages that the shipping courier has incorrectly delivered, damaged, delivered late, or that they have delivered but the recipient has not received. we recommend that you contact the shipping courier directly if such a situation arises.

how long will it take to receive my order?
for custom + personalized orders, your personal designer will advise you on your design + print interval. for all other orders, once we have received your order, we will process and send it out typically within 2-3 business days.  if more than 5 business days is needed, we will contact you with the ship date. based upon the shipping method you have chosen, estimated shipping timeframes are as follows. for international shipping, delays are common due to handling of duty and customs, so please factor this in when placing your order. please note that luxe paperie cannot be responsible for packages that the shipping courier has incorrectly delivered, damaged, delivered late or that they have delivered but the recipient has not received. we recommend that you contact the shipping courier directly if such a situation arises.

can you use my FedEx or UPS account number?
yes, we are able to ship your order using your FedEx or UPS account number for any order over $25. for orders less than $25 we add $2.00 to cover our material and handling costs.

returns

what is your return policy?
at luxe paperie, we want you to love our product as much as we do!  if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unopened condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. unfortunately, we cannot refund any shipping charges, nor can we refund or exchange bulk orders once the order is placed, items that we receive damaged or that have custom printing or envelope lining service.  we also do not refund or exchange gift wrap paper, due to its delicate nature. please also note that all sale items are considered final sale and are not returnable. please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns at returns@luxepaperie.com.

how do i make a return or exchange?
in order to make a return or exchange, please follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. include a copy of the invoice with your return/exchange and send the package to the above address.  we recommend that you insure any return packages to luxe paperie, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

when will the refund post to my credit card?
once your package has been received by luxe paperie, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within three business days. you will be notified via email to confirm that the refund has taken place. please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from luxe paperie.

incomplete orders

what if there is something missing from my order?
at luxe paperie, we double-check that your order is complete and utilize an inventory and order tracking system that ensures your order is complete!  however, if an item is unavailable, we will update your order to reflect that. if you find that an item shown on your order is not included in your package, please check your order to see if it has been split into multiple shipments, if not, please contact us within 5 business days and we will send you the missing item if it is available. if it is not available we will suggest a similar item or refund the amount of the missing item.   please know that we cannot be responsible for missing items if we are notified after 5 business days from the package delivery date. please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns at contactus@luxepaperie.com.

gift services

do you offer gift wrapping services?
luxe paperie will wrap any gift for a nominal fee of $5.50.  this option is available at check-out. your gift will be wrapped in one of our personally selected designer gift wraps from our boutique that best match the occasion and bow-tied with coordinating ribbon…we also handwrite your personal gift message on a coordinating letterpress gift enclosure card!
